MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Court Appointed Special Advocates® (CASA) are community volunteers, just like you, who stand up and speak out to help abused and neglected children.

For many abused children, their CASA volunteer is the only constant adult presence in their lives.

Tamara Claussen became a CASA Volunteer in 2024. She’s a natural at advocacy. She’s thorough, diligent and pays close attention to detail. Tamara is currently working her first case, siblings age 2 years and 9 months. She has been devoted to making sure both her CASA children’s needs are being met, paying close attention to their developmental and medical needs. Tamara is an asset to the CASA organization. We’re happy to honor Tamara’s commitment to children and families in today’s spotlight on advocacy.
