Change a child’s story…
SPIRIT OF THE PLAINS, CASA, Inc.
Advocating for children in Finney, Greeley, Kearny, Hamilton, Scott, & Wichita counties.
2023 Non-Profit of the Year
For many abused children, their CASA volunteer is the only constant adult presence in their lives.
Jamie Biera became a certified CASA volunteer in 2024. He received his first case on 1/4/24. Jamie really cares about the well-being of his CASA child. His first case hit a few bumps in the road and Jamie naviagted it really well, taking the time to visit with his CASA kiddo regularly, making sure she knows he’s there for her. Jamie is the business owner/broker of Re/Max One in Garden City, KS. We’re happy to have Jamie join the CASA family and honor his commitment to children and families in todays spotlight on advocacy.
