CASA Cravings : A Serving of Hope

CASA Cravings is Spirit of the Plains, CASA's spring fundraising event. The funds raised are used to pay for the costs involved in recruiting, training, and supervising the volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates who are the backbone of our efforts to make sure that every child in the 25th Judicial District court and foster care system has a consistent adult looking out for their best interests. The Bagged Lunch Event will take place on April 25th. April is Child Abuse Awareness Month. A team of volunteers works for weeks before the event, going to businesses and taking pre-paid orders, and orders can be called in or placed online. Lunches include a sandwich wrap, chips, a cookie, and a drink. Orders can be delivered if over 8 are ordered or picked up at the CASA via our drive-thru on April 25th. Show appreciation to a first responder in Finney County and order them a lunch! We will deliver it to them!
